Software Development tech lead

Job Description

Role Purpose:

We are looking for Backend Software developers. The team is responsible for the development, design and implementation of new or modified features in ongoing business projects related to an e-commerce platform.

Job responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions for ongoing projects.
• Enhance existing applications with efficient code.
• Follow development tools and processes as per customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with team members for continuous improvement.
• Lead the development team, manage tasks, and conduct code reviews.

Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Expertise in J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and microservices.
  • Expertise in advanced design patterns for scalable backend systems.

Personal Skills:

  • Strong communication and teamwork.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
  • Eager to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership skills and flexibility to adapt to changes.
