Role Profile

  • Work closely with the customer to understand the business requirements for the project, developing effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project.
  • Decompose complex projects into actionable activities to successfully deliver the project on time and within budget.
  • Responsible for identifying, managing, and mitigating cross-program risks and issues, in order to facilitate on-time delivery of capabilities and features aligned to the business outcome vision.
  • Specialization in identifying the technical resources essential to ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
  • To estimate and plan project from start to finish, with built in contingencies, manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project.
  • Maturity in judgment to examine key indicators to know and proactively act to bring a challenged project back on track
  • Manage planning with business team to ensure deliverables on required time.
  • responsible for defining release readiness requirements against business outcome needs and validating readiness before release into production

  • Manage technical teams to ensure delivery of products on time with the required quality.
  • Act as a technology spoc for chronic problems impacting delivery through technology.
  • Lead a team of 4-8 people demonstrating the above key functionalities.
  • Accountabilities, Competencies & KPIs
  • Leading demand management for one or more business customers
  • In charge of ensuring smooth application of SW life cycle including business analysis, design, Capacity management, Implementation and testing with direct impact on revenue line.
  • Build a relationship with suppliers and service providers to ensures the delivery of the Business plans
  • Manage projects end to end to ensure smooth deliver of products
  • Promote continuous and team learning

What's in it for you

  • B.Sc. in communication /computer engineering or computer science
  • Agile knowledge and Jira hands on is preferred.
  • PMP Certified or PRINCEII is a must.
  • Project management experience including reporting and process management is a must.
  • Broad understanding of telecom and IT applications as well as business areas is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience, at least 7 of them in project management,
  • Previous team leadership experience is a must
