About this Role

We are seeking an experienced specialist to support and maintain telecom service applications deployed in cloud‑native environments. The role involves proactive monitoring, incident management, vendor collaboration, documentation, and continuous improvement of high‑availability telecom services. Individuals with deep expertise in cloud‑native technologies, voice and data networking, scripting, and multi‑vendor engagement will be well‑suited for this opportunity.

What you’ll do

Support and maintain service applications deployed on cloud‑native platforms (VNF/CNF).Collaborate with vendors such as Nokia, CelFocus, HP and ComTech, alongside internal development teams, to resolve technical issues and ensure timely restoration of services.Ensure high availability and optimal performance through proactive monitoring and structured incident resolution.Participate in a 24x7 on‑call rotation to ensure uninterrupted service assurance.Manage vendor SLAs, audits and compliance adherence.Contribute to new service introduction, testing and rollout in cloud‑based environments.Conduct root cause analysis for service disruptions and apply corrective actions.Prepare and maintain operational documentation, configurations and troubleshooting guides.Share knowledge with colleagues and frontline teams to strengthen operational capability.Stay adaptable to evolving technologies such as NFV, SDN and Cloud IMS.

Who you are

Skilled in cloud‑native service applications (VNF/CNF) with hands‑on operational experience.Strong understanding of core voice and data networking (IMS, CS Core, EPC).Familiar with virtualisation and containerisation tools such as VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes and Docker.Knowledgeable in telecom protocols including SIP, Diameter, SS7, SIGTRAN and HTTP/S.Experienced in multi‑vendor environments and stakeholder management.Proficient in Linux OS and scripting (Python/Bash preferred).Analytical, solution‑oriented and capable of clear communication in diverse teams.Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer Engineering.Brings 8–12 years’ experience in telecom services operations, preferably cloud‑native.Possesses relevant networking/cloud certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, Kubernetes, VMware) – desirable but not mandatory.
