About this role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead and coordinate UX/UI design efforts within a dynamic squad. This role ensures timely delivery of high-quality design outputs, bridges business requirements with design execution, and contributes to strategic design decisions while mentoring junior team members.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a design coach within the squad, guiding junior designers and developers on UX/UI best practices.
  • Own design delivery timelines and quality standards, ensuring alignment with sprint goals and product expectations.
  • Translate business needs into clear UI/UX requirements during the design phase, collaborating with stakeholders for feasibility.
  • Deliver comprehensive UX/UI documentation, including visual designs, iconography, design assets, and UX specifications aligned with user stories.

Who you are

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant field is a must
  • Experienced in UX/UI design with 3–5 years in product design roles.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and manage design workflows effectively.
  • Fluency in English C1 is a must
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design systems.
  • Skilled in agile product development and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
