About this Role

We are seeking a Solution Designer with a strong technical foundation and experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to translate complex business needs into secure, scalable, and user-centred technical solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business objectives, security requirements, and technology constraints, supporting continuous improvement and delivery excellence across global IAM initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Assess business and technical requirements and translate them into clear solution scopes and designs.
  • Design IAM solutions aligned with industry best practices, internal baselines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and gap analyses to identify non-compliance risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, security architects, technical leads, and global and local IAM and IT/Network teams.
  • Propose and document technical solutions that balance business goals, user experience, and architectural constraints.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring solutions remain scalable, reliable, secure, and maintainable.
  • Support delivery across the full solution lifecycle, from early concept through implementation and transition to support.

Who you are

-Experience in producing solution scope and designs, primarily for IAM (Identity & Access Management).
-Experience in working with product owners, security architects, technical leads, Global/local IAM teams and IT/Network teams.
-Experience in discovery and gap analysis of solutions to assess non-compliances to IAM baseline and regulatory requirements.
-Experience in defining solutions to deliver IAM objectives.


-Experience as a full stack developer on solution developed in Agile framework.
-Ability to apply design principles and patterns to ensure the solution is scalable, reliable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with the business goals.
-Agile software development environment and methods, e.g. Scrum, SAFe.
-Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.
-Two or more years of experience in supporting successful delivery in Solution Design (or equivalent role) or full stack developer, across full product lifecycles, from MVP to marketable products in iterations, including support transition.
-Professional experience and knowledge of the Telecommunications industry, strongly preferred.
