About this role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our UCaaS Engineering team within the Network Strategy & Engineering function. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative software solutions using modern technologies and agile methodologies. The individual will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining software systems, contributing to the full development lifecycle, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality products.

What you’ll do

  • Design and develop software solutions for internal platforms and proof-of-concepts.
  • Prepare high and low-level technical documentation, including flowcharts and diagrams.
  • Set and maintain standards for development tools and systems.
  • Create release packages for testing and production environments.
  • Support functional and non-functional testing across project phases.
  • Investigate and resolve defects and incidents throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Propose new features and process improvements.
  • Deliver presentations and demos to showcase solutions.
  • Collaborate with group and local market teams in an agile environment.

Who you are

  • Proficient in Java (Spring Framework), JavaScript (React/TypeScript), or Python.
  • Experienced in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiar with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
  • Skilled in agile development practices including BDD/TDD.
  • Knowledgeable in cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Strong communicator with effective presentation skills in English.
  • Passionate about technology and software engineering.
  • Able to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing priorities.
