About this Role
We are seeking a Platform Engineer to design, automate, and maintain continuous integration and delivery processes while ensuring reliability, monitoring, and operational excellence across cloud‑hosted microservices. The individual will play a key role in enhancing platform resilience, building reusable automation frameworks, and supporting cloud-native engineering practices within VOIS.
What you’ll do
Build, test, design, and deploy CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, and similar technologies.
Recommend improvements to platform architecture, engineering practices, and automation workflows.
Design, maintain, and manage automation tools supporting operational processes across environments.
Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of microservices deployed in AWS environments.
Drive automation initiatives to support application deployment and integrated testing pipelines.
Who you are
Skilled in designing and building CI/CD pipelines end‑to‑end.
Hands‑on experience with Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub, and AWS services.
Proficient in Unix shell scripting for operational automation.
Knowledgeable in Kubernetes concepts, with the ability to troubleshoot Kubernetes resources.
Possess 3–5 years of relevant experience in platform engineering or similar roles.
Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in computer engineering or a related technical field.
