Senior SEO Specialist

Your role in a nutshell:

As a senior SEO specialist, you will lead strategic initiatives across our digital ecosystem to drive organic growth at scale. You'll own high-impact SEO programs, partner with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and performance.

What will you do:

• Define and drive the SEO roadmap across markets, channels, and teams
• Lead advanced audits and develop long-term SEO strategies aligned with business goals
• Use AI-powered tools for advanced analysis, reporting, and content optimization
• Collaborate with product, development, and UX teams to improve site structure and performance
• Champion SEO best practices across all digital content, including video, image, and app SEO
• Develop measurement plans, KPIs, and forecasting models using tools like BigQuery, Looker, and GA4

What you will bring to the team:

• 8+ years of SEO experience with proven success in complex digital environments
• Strong technical SEO skills, including JavaScript SEO and Core Web Vitals
• Expertise in cross-channel SEO strategies and their integration with broader marketing goals
• Proficiency in AI and automation tools to scale analysis and insights
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and basic scripting (Python/SQL a plus)
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
