Job Description

Join Us

At Vodafone, we’re not just shaping the future of connectivity for our customers – we’re shaping the future for everyone who joins our team. When you work with us, you’re part of a global mission to connect people, solve complex challenges, and create a sustainable and more inclusive world. If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.

What you’ll do

Lead the development and commercial scaling of Vodafone Greece’s retail and value-added services ecosystem, turning stores and eShop into a compelling technology destination. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key services (e.g., Flex device financing, insurance, trade-in, One Number) and integrate them with core connectivity to create simple, high-conversion propositions. Drive revenue growth, margin expansion and customer lifetime value through bundled journeys, channel execution and strategic partnerships.

Key Accountabilities
•Own the commercial strategy, roadmap and P&L performance of the retail & value-added services portfolio (Flex, insurance, trade-in, One Number and new services), with clear KPIs for revenue, margin and attach rate.
•Design integrated propositions that combine devices, connectivity (postpay, fixed, converged) and services into simple bundles and journeys that increase penetration, loyalty and lifetime value.
•Translate strategy into sellable, high-conversion execution across retail and digital channels—optimising customer journeys, conversion funnels, messaging and in-store/online merchandising.
•Enable frontline success by partnering with Retail, Sales and Training teams to ensure offers are easy to explain, differentiated and embedded in everyday selling routines (toolkits, scripts, incentives and feedback loops).
•Lead and negotiate key partnerships (financial institutions, insurers, OEMs and service providers), shaping scalable commercial models and governance to deliver profitable growth.

Who you are

•Proven product leadership experience in scaling commercial propositions across retail and/or digital channels (telco, consumer electronics, fintech or insurance).
•Strong commercial acumen with an ownership mindset—comfortable managing pricing, margin, business cases and performance KPIs (revenue, attach rate, conversion).
•Ability to translate strategy into simple, customer-centric propositions and journeys that solve real needs and are easy for customers and frontline teams to understand.
•Confident stakeholder management and end-to-end execution skills—able to align Retail, Sales, Digital, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Technology around shared outcomes.
•Experience building and managing partnerships (e.g., banks, insurers, OEMs) and developing commercial models that support scalability and profitability.
