About VOIS India

We are seeking a Master Data Migration Specialist to join our SAP Transformation - EVO Data & Reporting team in Pune. This role is pivotal in ensuring successful data migrations across global EVO projects, with a strong focus on master data quality, cleansing, and governance. The individual will be responsible for executing data migration plans, coordinating with project teams, and supporting hypercare and BAU transitions.

What you will do

• Perform data extraction, standardisation, transformation, and loading into target systems.
• Collaborate with project and governance teams to minimise incorrect master data in production.
• Act as a liaison between VOIS and project teams to ensure consistent master data quality.
• Support hypercare activities and facilitate smooth handover to BAU operations.
• Execute data migration plans including profiling, harmonisation, configuration coordination, and reconciliation.
• Drive pre-load and post-load sign-offs, delta load identification and execution.
• Ensure delivery aligns with Data Quality Standards and Governance Framework.

Who you are

• 5–7 years of experience in SAP data migration projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP Master Data processes and objects (e.g., vendor, customer, material, chart of accounts).
• Proficient in SAP MDG, LTMC, LSMW, and transformation tools like Informatica.
• Skilled in ERP systems, MS Excel macros, Access, SQL, and Business Objects.
• Familiar with data governance principles and SSC environments.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in GUI scripting and automation is desirable.
