About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual who will deliver high‑quality lifecycle and service communications that strengthen customer engagement and drive commercial impact. In this role, you will focus on best‑in‑class marketing execution within the Engagement squad, including owning the monthly Home Broadband newsletter, managing creative and agency processes, driving HBB awareness, and continuously improving customer sentiment through insight‑driven communication.

What you will do

  • Own, plan, and manage the monthly Home Broadband newsletter, including the full critical path and content planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging, relevant content that supports key business messages and enhances customer perception.
  • Conduct subject line and content testing, use insights to refine themes, and implement optimisation opportunities.
  • Produce and execute marketing communications across SMS, MMS, e‑mail, push notifications and direct mail; write SMS content and brief external agencies on other channels.
  • Create clear, structured agency briefs and provide constructive feedback to ensure alignment with brand tone, quality standards and legal compliance.
  • Track, analyse and report on marketing performance with actionable recommendations to uplift brand appreciation and customer engagement.Apply a test‑and‑learn approach to drive message deliverability, customer impact and continuous improvement.
  • Develop lifecycle‑based campaigns, define execution touchpoints, triggers and scheduling, and take direct ownership of message performance.
  • Ensure all communications enhance customer experience and positively influence overall brand perception.

Who you are

  • Experienced in marketing, with strong skills in campaign briefing, design, testing and performance analysis.
  • Digitally aware, with an understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Highly customer‑focused, able to design and manage complex customer journeys.
  • Confident in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence across multiple levels.
  • Proactive, organised and effective in managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
  • Able to combine creative thinking with analytical skills to deliver compelling, impactful campaigns.
  • Possessing excellent written English and educated to degree level
