Was Dich erwartet:

• Du bist als Senior Expert GCP Data Engineering (m/w/d) verantwortlich für die Führung und Steuerung von Datawarehouse-Entwicklungsprojekten und -prozessen.
• Du leitest juniorere Kolleg:innen (on- und offshore) bei der Datawarehouse-Entwicklung an und verantwortest den gesamten Datawarehouse -Entwicklungsprozess, insbesondere die Optimierung von Datawarehouse-Prozessen hinsichtlich Kosten, Laufzeit und Stabilität.
• Du erstellst technische Anforderungsanalysen und Lösungsentwürfe für komplexe Plattform- und Datenarchitekturen in der Cloud (Google, AWS, private Cloud).
• Du unterstützt die Offshore-Entwicklung (SQL, Python, teraform) und verantwortest die Steuerung von Offshore-Entwicklungsprojekten.
• Du analysierst und optimierst Datawarehouse-Prozesse und -Tools und erstellst Arbeitsanweisungen.
• Du deckst Automatisierungs- und Prozessoptimierungspotenziale auf und erarbeitest eigenständig und proaktiv Umsetzungsvorschläge unter Einbeziehung der neuesten systemischen Möglichkeiten.
• Du führst Workshops für Anwender:innen durch und unterstützt die Anwender:innen sowie die Unternehmensziele.

Was Dich auszeichnet:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Data Science, Mathematik, Physik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Datawarehouse / Big Data Entwicklung.
• Zertifizierung als Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer sowie weitere vertiefende Zertifizierungen wie Machine Learning Engineer (oder vergleichbare Zertifizierungen auf AWS).
• Kenntnisse zu telekommunikationsspezifischen Daten wie BSS (Vertrag, Kunde, Produkte, Services) und OSS (Netzwerkdaten).
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.

What to Expect:

• You as a Senior Expert GCP Data Engineering (m/f/d) are responsible for leading and managing cloud development projects and processes.
• You guide junior colleagues (onshore and offshore) in cloud development and take ownership of the entire cloud development process, particularly optimizing cloud processes in terms of cost, runtime, and stability.
• You create technical requirement analyses and solution designs for complex platform and data architectures in the cloud (Google, AWS, private cloud).
• You support offshore development and manage offshore development projects.
• You analyze and optimize cloud processes and tools and prepare work instructions.
• You identify automation and process optimization potential and independently and proactively develop implementation proposals using the latest system capabilities.
• You conduct workshops for users and provide support to both users and company objectives.

What Sets You Apart:

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in Big Data or cloud development.
  Certification as Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer and additional advanced certifications such as Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer (or comparable AWS certifications).
• Knowledge of telecommunications-specific data such as CDR, DPI, BSS (contract, customer, products, services) and OSS (network data).
• Very good English skills, spoken and written (B2 according to CEFR).

This position can be full-time or near full-time part-time (minimum 30 hours).
