Job Description

- Fixing Linux Hardware and OS issues/problems.
- Responsible for managing Server related Incidents/Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA.
- Knowledge in Linux administration and Troubleshooting
- Provide recommendations to improve and address/lead critical issues and root cause analysis. Perform necessary Linux infrastructure maintenance activities and migration, as required.
-Should be able to collaborate across products/vendors and geography to come up with a compelling solution.
-Required to work as on-call support to provide 24x7 support"
