About this Role

We are seeking an AskHR Advisor to act as the first point of contact for employees, providing accurate, timely, and consistent HR guidance on policies and processes through multiple digital channels, while meeting service level commitments and enhancing the overall employee experience.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to employee queries through email, web chat, and online HR ticketing systems with clarity and professionalism.
  • Ensure resolution of queries within agreed service level agreements, following up with relevant teams where required.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness to meet quality, audit, and data integrity requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive employee experience by delivering consistent and reliable HR support.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and share suggestions to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on changes to HR policies and processes by working closely with HR Centres of Expertise.

Who you are

  • An individual with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain information clearly and concisely.
  • Someone with 1–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in HR operations, shared services, or a customer support environment.
  • Comfortable using judgement to select appropriate solutions within defined policies, KPIs, and service levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to delivering accurate and timely outcomes.
  • A collaborative team member with good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
