About this Role
We are seeking an individual to support leadership operations, governance, and reporting activities within the Source-to-Pay function by ensuring effective coordination, structured tracking, and high-quality executive reporting.
What you’ll do
Provide executive operations support including calendar prioritisation, leadership alignment, and forward planning.Manage meeting governance, track actions, and ensure timely follow-ups across stakeholders.Maintain escalation trackers, monitor closures, and support governance reviews through structured tracking.Support reporting activities including headcount, KPI, operational, and financial dashboards.Perform initial data analysis to identify variances and coordinate inputs from multiple teams.Assist in preparing leadership presentations and executive review materials for senior stakeholders.Coordinate cross-functional updates, timelines, and communication for leadership reviews.Support process improvement initiatives, track transformation activities, and maintain visibility of risks and dependencies.Enhance leadership effectiveness by enabling structured planning, prioritisation, and execution discipline.
Who you are
Organised and detail-focused with strong coordination and tracking capabilities.Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards, including basic analysis.Effective communicator with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and manage follow-ups.Skilled in presentation preparation and structuring executive-level materials.Collaborative and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to supporting leadership priorities.
