What you’ll do
Role purpose:
The Role’s purpose is to handle Enterprise software engineering design and homologation tests on Enterprise device ( CPEs, IPPhones etc) . This includes:
– Manage the enterprise customer devices (CPE, IP Phone and dedicated routers) integration and delivery in all the European markets managed by Vodafone Business, being accountable of Life Cycle Management and cyber security upper standards Compliancy
– Technical Support to negotiate with Suppliers and Internal function to ensure effective delivery for Vodafone managing development, documentation, qualification, and engineering of new CPEs
– Participate in Lab or Field trials and test in the CPE homologation process
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Configure and maintains test environment for the integration and the hw/fw validation of CPE's/Modems/Routers
• Plan and execute all the Functional, Interoperability & Performance Technical detailed testing
• Correspondence with CPE vendors, Group Network and CPE functional departments on handling Enterprise CPE technical issues during the homologation process and trials
• Feasibility study, development, testing, acceptance, and implementation of Enterprise CPEs, in all technology areas needed to deliver services to Business Customers.
• Interfaces local market (Sales, VBTS, Product) and performs feasibility assessment of network impact for new service requests.
Who you are

• Very good communication skills
• Ability to work within virtual teams and interface with multi-national clients.
• Strong results oriented and customer focused mentality.
• Process & project management
• Good knowledge of the overall network architecture (all domains)
• Stakeholder management
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• University degree
(preferable: computer science, telecommunications or equivalent).
• Six years of experience in Telecommunications sector – Experience in Enterprise Segment Access & Telephony will be considered an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Enterprise CPEs of the main vendors.
• Good understanding of Access and IP Routing technologies
• Understanding of Security considerations and market solutions on the area.
