What you’ll do

As a Senior CVM Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance visibility, analytical insights, and commercial evaluation of CVM activities across the Vodafone Business base, enabling data-driven decision making and optimizing value generation.

  • Own and deliver ad-hoc and recurring analysis across CVM commercial activities, translating data into actionable insights
  • Design and maintain CVM dashboards, reports, and performance tracking frameworks
  • Evaluate CVM initiatives and campaigns, providing structured performance assessment and data-driven recommendations
  • Define and monitor in-base performance KPIs linked to CVM actions, ensuring clear attribution and impact measurement
  • Lead NPS analysis and driver identification, linking customer experience metrics to CVM activities
  • Support business cases through quantification of impact and scenario analysis
  • Provide independent challenge on CVM performance and commercial impact, ensuring robustness of assumptions and outcomes
  • Act as the reference point for CVM performance reporting, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across stakeholders

Who you are

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear commercial insights
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant analytical, CVM, or commercial role
  • Solid experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance management
  • Advanced use of analytical tools (e.g., SPSS, SQL, Excel, BI tools)
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets and synthesize outputs into simple, structured narratives
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, able to communicate complex analysis into clear, concise and decision-oriented messages
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to challenge, validate, and support business decisions
  • High attention to detail and ownership of outputs (accuracy-critical role)
