What you’ll do

Combine two main responsibilities: budget management with hands‑on delivery ownership across cross‑functional Digital teams.


Budget management

  • Responsible for Digital team budget management (budget planning, monitoring & execution)


End2end delivery of cross teams' initiatives

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery scope and ensure that cross‑functional deliverables are delivered on time, within agreed constraints, and at the expected level of quality.
  • Monitor delivery progress and constraints (scope, timeline, dependencies, costs), proactively addressing adjustments needed to ensure successful end‑to‑end delivery.
  • Ensure transparent delivery of reporting and facilitate regular reviews with senior stakeholders on progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX and business stakeholders to align expectations and ensure a smooth end‑to‑end delivery flow across team
  • Co-ordinate evaluation/feasibility for managed delivery scope, sponsoring it to the approval board.
  • Actively manage dependencies and alignment across cross‑functional teams, ensuring shared understanding of delivery status, priorities and next steps.
  • Ensure quality outcomes by working closely with delivery teams to continuously inspect and adapt ways of working.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and impediments that impact end‑to‑end delivery outcomes.
  • Enable effective collaboration across stable, cross‑functional teams and supporting functions to achieve delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate with relevant leads to ensure teams have the capabilities and support needed to deliver, escalating capacity constraints when required.

Who you are

  • Strategy: the ability to plan long-term objectives, strategic thinking.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • 3-5+ years experience in leading IT Projects or relevant service delivery management experience (infrastructure-related areas is a plus).
  • Experience leading end‑to‑end delivery in a cross‑functional Digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery beyond team level (dependencies, flow, coordination).
  • Comfortable working across Product, Engineering, UX, Ops and Business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and fast‑changing environments.
  • Projects: measurement and control skills, planning, project management.
  • Coordination skills of teams under indirect subordination, possibly located in different countries.
  • Provide advice to team members; Motivates the team; Evaluates and appreciates the work of the team.
  • Able to set priorities, problem-solving orientation, negotiation skills, following deadlines, following rules and procedures.

Must have:

  • University degree;
  • Experience in project management and/or Scrum;
  • Agile delivery knowledge;
  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Management practices;
  • Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, eazyBI) experience – admin knowledge is a plus;
  • Agile certifications, eg Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP); SAFe certifications are a plus;
  • Any project management certification, Project Management professional (PMI-PMP) is a plus;
  • Fluency in English
