What you’ll do

We are seeking a talented Scrum Master to join our team and play an important role in the Agile transformation of the BI, Corporate Systems & Analytics domain. Your first challenge will be to support the team through a Cloud migration project, creating a productive and collaborative environment and keeping the team focused on the goals.

- Your primary responsibility is to keep the development team organized and progressing on the projects they’ve agreed to.
- Ensure the Scrum team’s goals are understood by every member.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments to Agile adoption, including cultural and organizational barriers.
- Maintains clear and consistent communication channels and facilitates collaboration across teams to achieve organizational shared objectives.
- Facilitate Agile processes and ceremonies across multiple delivery squads, monitor the progress of the squads and the agreed scope, coordinate the interaction with other teams, manage the processes related to the completion of tasks and the identification of dependencies with other teams.
- Leads the team in creating value, by closely collaborating with the Product Owner and the scrum team.
- Cultivates a high-performing Agile culture characterized by self-organization, transparency, continuous improvement, and continuous delivery.
- Collects and analyzes agile metrics, with a focus on improvement; identifies ways to increase effectiveness and improve time to market.
- Facilitate teams in overcoming Dependencies / Risks / Issues preventing completion of sprint task so the team can continue its work.
- Protect the solution designers and developers time and to create an environment where they have a clear path to focus on doing their best work.

Who you are

- Experienced Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices and min 3 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master/ Agile PM role in complex projects and environments; SAFe® or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner certifications are a plus.
- Expert in applying Scrum and Kanban frameworks at scale across multiple teams.
- Experience in delivering complex projects, planning skills, budget management, ability to manage multiple activities, being open-minded to experiment with new technologies.
- Proven leadership skills in motivating and empowering teams to achieve results.
- Strong team-building abilities to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Agile Methodologies, Project Management, Conflict Resolution, Stakeholder Engagement.
