About this Role
We are seeking a skilled SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Administration Specialist to manage enterprise data and analytics platforms. This role focuses on administering tenants, ensuring robust governance, optimising performance, and maintaining secure, compliant data environments. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enable scalable data integration and analytics capabilities while ensuring operational excellence and platform reliability.
What you’ll do
Administer SAP Datasphere tenants, including spaces, quotas, roles, user groups, and lifecycle management.Configure and manage connectivity across SAP and non-SAP systems, including replication, virtualisation, and data integration tools.Oversee semantic models, data lineage, documentation, and enforce governance and version control standards.Monitor system performance, optimise queries, pipelines, scheduling, and manage storage and compute efficiency.Implement and maintain robust security measures including RBAC, data masking, audit controls, and regulatory compliance.Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support release planning, validation, and upgrades.Administer SAP Analytics Cloud, including tenant setup, user roles, authorisation frameworks, and content lifecycle management.Enable secure authentication mechanisms such as SSO/SAML and directory integrations (e.g. Azure AD/Okta).Monitor SAC system performance, optimise dashboards and models, and ensure efficient data refresh cycles.Collaborate across platforms including SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and non-SAP sources.Automate routine administrative tasks and support DevOps practices such as CI/CD for analytics content.Maintain documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and ensure effective knowledge sharing.Engage stakeholders across business, engineering, and security teams to meet service levels and roadmap goals.
Who you are
Experienced in SAP Datasphere administration including spaces, connections, data products, and monitoring.Proficient in SAP Analytics Cloud administration including tenant setup, security, content governance, and transport mechanisms.Strong understanding of identity and access management including SSO/SAML, SCIM/LDAP, and directory integrations.Familiar with performance tuning, scheduling, monitoring tools, and capacity management.Knowledge of SAP ecosystems such as BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, HANA, and integration with non-SAP platforms.Capable of scripting or automating administrative tasks and supporting DevOps processes.Understanding of ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.Demonstrates strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical topics into business context.Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Exposure to telecom domain, data warehousing, and architecture concepts is beneficial.Educational background in engineering or a technical discipline with knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
