Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a
Sales Project Management Specialist
Your role in a nutshell:
The Sales Project Management Specialist supports the Sales Lead in the execution of sales pursuits by handling the administrative, operational, and logistical aspects of the bid process. This role ensures smooth coordination across workstreams, timely completion of tasks, and adherence to internal governance and compliance requirements. The Sales Project Management Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Sales Lead and deal team by focusing on operational excellence, enabling the team to execute high-quality, client-focused bids efficiently.
At a strategic level, the role will drive:
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline bid processes by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining consistent documentation.
• Support for Pursuit Excellence: Ensure all administrative and logistical elements are handled effectively to support the development of compelling, high-quality proposals.

What you’ll do:
Bid administration and Coordination:
• Maintain and update the pursuit workplan, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Schedule and organize pursuit meetings, including kick-offs, reviews, and debriefs, and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Consolidate inputs from various workstreams into a cohesive format for review and integration by the Lead Sales Project Manager.
• Monitor and manage the pursuit calendar to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Management of business development/cost of sales budget for each pursuit.
Document Management & Proposal Support:
• Direct and work with the content manager to plan and organize key contributions in the proposal document.
• Assist in creating and updating proposal content repositories and bid libraries for future reuse.
Governance and Reporting:
• Track internal approval requirements and ensure all necessary steps are completed prior to submission.
• Support the Sales Lead in preparing governance documentation, progression updates, and compliance reports.
• Monitor and track status updates for pursuit progress and share reports with key stakeholders.
Client Interaction and Logistics Support:
• Assist in scheduling client meetings, presentations, and workshops during the sales process.
• Provide logistical support for orals, site visits, and other client-facing interactions as required.
Operational Excellence:
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pursuit management.
• Maintain and update pursuit management tools and systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
.
What you’ll bring to the team
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in pursuit management, bid management, or a similar role within a B2B or consulting environment.
• Exposure to sales or proposal development processes is a plus.
• Project management skills, with a focus on organizing cross-functional teams and coordinating resources.
Must have technical / professional
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in using proposal management and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Qvidian).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of sales cycles and bid management processes is preferred
