About this Role
We are seeking a SAP Compliance Analyst to support global governance of user and role access across complex SAP environments. This role ensures compliance with SOX controls, maintains the GRC rule set, manages access risk processes and leads improvements to strengthen Vodafone’s access governance model. The individual will collaborate closely with internal auditors, process experts, user administration teams and global stakeholders to maintain secure, compliant access for over 100,000 global users.
What you will do
Manage and maintain the SAP GRC rule set, ensuring accuracy and completeness in line with Vodafone’s governance standards.Review access risk simulations, assess violations and define appropriate actions or mitigation plans.Conduct governance reviews of role designs and user access requests prior to approval.Perform annual risk-set reviews with process experts to ensure relevance and completeness.Oversee fire fighter master data and ensure completeness of fire fighter controls.Monitor access violations, define remediation plans and ensure compliance with SOX and IT controls.Define requirements for GRC solution enhancements and support delivery of improvements.Develop and refine compliance policies, procedures and the overall compliance roadmap.
Who you are
Skilled in SAP authorisations with hands-on experience in maintaining GRC rule sets at permission level.Experienced in managing mitigation controls within SAP GRC Access Controls.Capable of translating access risks into SAP transactions and permission settings.Highly analytical, organised and detail-oriented with an exceptional governance mindset.Strong communicator with advanced written and verbal communication skills.Able to work effectively under time pressure in a global, fast-paced environment.Holds detailed knowledge of SAP authorisations and SAP GRC (certification preferred).
