About this Role

We are seeking a Quality Audit Team Lead to oversee end-to-end quality assurance across HR Services, including HR Operations and Centres of Expertise. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement by leading audit activities such as sample selection, case reviews, root cause analysis, and performance coaching. The individual will also manage broader audit programmes like Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), support external audits, and foster a culture of process improvement through collaboration and training initiatives.

What you will do

  • Lead the full quality assurance lifecycle, including sample selection, audit execution, error root cause analysis (RCA), and feedback delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards, maintaining accuracy and completeness of cases.
  • Share error logs, RCA, and remediation reports with stakeholders promptly.
  • Support the design and implementation of quality management programmes to enhance operational excellence.
  • Conduct RCA for critical errors, identify systemic issues, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Facilitate coaching sessions and performance calibration using standard benchmarks.
  • Deliver quality assurance training and lead calibration sessions to align audit standards.
  • Escalate recurring or serious performance issues for resolution and follow-up.

Who you are

  • Strong understanding of HR operations, transactional quality, and compliance workflows.
  • Proficient in Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO audit frameworks.
  • Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and managing audit teams.
  • Skilled in clear communication of audit findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work across HR, compliance, and operations teams.
  • Exposure to automation frameworks and digital audit tools.
  • Experience in training sessions and calibration workshops.

Desired:

  • Knowledge of business process improvement and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with tools like Signavio, Celonis, or ARIS for process mapping.
  • Working knowledge of SAP-based systems such as SuccessFactors and Employee Interaction Centre (EIC).
