What you’ll do

You will configure Vodafone's product and service portfolio in the IT systems, ensuring a balance between commercial requirements and constraints related to time, cost, and quality.
You will collaborate with technical and commercial teams to define requirements and configuration solutions.
You will contribute to the planning and delivery of configuration packages that support the commercial strategy and tariff rationalization.
You will provide support to the testing teams during the User Testing phase for implemented offers and promotions.
You will manage the portfolio of offers, packages, and promotions in the IT systems and provide periodic reports.
You will ensure support for configurations within the IT systems.

Who you are

You have a university degree in IT or a technical field and experience in configuring or developing IT systems.
You have intermediate English skills and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
You are results-oriented, detail-focused, organized, and capable of working under pressure.
You have experience in delivering IT and/or telecom projects (this is an advantage).
You hold technical certifications or have significant experience in the field.
You are proactive, motivated, with a positive attitude and open to learning and innovation.
