About this Role

We are seeking a Product Architect with deep expertise in Meraki SD-WAN and SD-LAN to design, deliver and evolve enterprise connectivity products for business customers across a global footprint. Based in India and reporting to the Architecture Lead within VOIS GSL, this role acts as the technical design authority for end-to-end solutions, balancing product requirements, compliance, quality, cost and time to market. The individual will work closely with Commercial, Product Management, Technology Product Owners, vendors and local market teams to bring secure, scalable and compliant SDN-based products to life.

What you’ll do

Engage with Commercial, Product Management and Technology Product Owners to shape high-quality requirements and maintain a healthy product backlog.Translate functional and non-functional requirements into end-to-end technical solutions, including impact assessment, cost estimation and delivery timelines.Own the High-Level Design (HLD) of products, ensuring alignment with product requirements and architectural principles.Act as the technical design authority across the full solution lifecycle, covering service models, IT architecture, low-level design, security by design, privacy, and legal and regulatory compliance.Lead technical aspects of vendor management, setting priorities and driving continuous product and solution improvements.Deliver technical product collateral, including Technical Service Descriptions, technical options papers, and product HLDs, and provide guidance to Solutions Consultants and delivery teams.Review and assess supplier technical documentation to ensure alignment with the agreed product solution.Contribute to RFx creation and evaluation activities from a technical perspective.Support the end-to-end in-life operating model, owning product lifecycle activities and managing end-of-life events effectively.Ensure products are delivered on time, within budget and to the expected quality, meeting business, customer and SLA expectations.Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance the connectivity product portfolio using the latest SDN, SD-WAN and SD-LAN technologies.Review, refine and improve end-to-end service models and system architecture for connectivity services.

Who you are

An experienced product or solution architect with specific, hands-on expertise in Meraki SD-WAN and SD-LAN.A collaborative team player who approaches complex technical challenges with a solution-focused mindset.Comfortable communicating and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.Experienced in working with internal stakeholders, external partners and geographically distributed virtual teams.Skilled at managing multiple, changing priorities while maintaining focus through to delivery.Confident handling technically and operationally complex solutions within strict timelines.Knowledgeable in product lifecycle management and in-life support models.Educated to degree level in Networking, Computer Science or a related field, with exposure to modern software and networking concepts.Strong in core network infrastructure topics, systems and tools relevant to SDN and NFV markets.Ideally familiar with mobile and fixed networks, Agile delivery frameworks, cloud and cloud‑native concepts (AWS, GCP, containers/Kubernetes), APIs, DevOps practices, and next-generation orchestration and assurance solutions.
