About this Role

We are seeking a proactive and structured Product Activation professional to support cross-portfolio activation programmes aligned with Vodafone Business priorities. Working within Product Enablement, you will help translate strategic objectives into practical deliverables by coordinating workstreams, maintaining delivery plans, producing activation materials and supporting market readiness.You will collaborate with Group teams, operating companies, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Product and Partnership teams. This role is suited to someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and an interest in go-to-market execution, digital transformation and cross-functional programme delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Support the delivery of cross-portfolio activation programmes aligned with Vodafone Business priorities.
  • Coordinate defined workstreams, ensuring that activities, owners, deadlines and dependencies are clearly documented and tracked.
  • Maintain programme documentation, including delivery plans, status reports, stakeholder trackers and action logs.
  • Prepare and consolidate activation playbooks, market-readiness packs, sales-enablement materials and programme communications.
  • Gather feedback from operating companies, monitor readiness and help resolve or escalate delivery issues.
  • Coordinate meetings and governance forums, documenting decisions, actions, owners and next steps.
  • Monitor progress against agreed milestones and highlight risks, delays, gaps and dependencies.
  • Produce dashboards, concise summaries and data-informed updates for programme governance and leadership reporting.
  • Track market adoption, feedback and delivery progress.
  • Capture lessons learned and recommend practical improvements to tools, templates, activation assets and ways of working.

Who you are

  • You have experience in product activation, go-to-market execution, project coordination, programme support, sales enablement or commercial operations in a business-to-business environment.
  • You understand commercial, sales, marketing or product-delivery processes.
  • You can organise plans, actions, deadlines and multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • You work effectively across functions, markets and stakeholder groups within a matrix organisation.
  • You communicate clearly and can turn complex information into structured, accessible updates.
  • You demonstrate attention to detail and confidence when working with data, trackers, dashboards and reporting materials.
  • You take ownership of actions, anticipate potential issues and escalate appropriately.
  • You have an interest in telecommunications, ICT, digital transformation, managed services, cloud, security or partner-led go-to-market models.
  • You hold a degree, or have equivalent experience, in business, marketing, technology, commercial management or a related discipline.
