About this Role

We are seeking an experienced go-to-market professional to design and deliver strategies for our Global Vodafone Business Portofolio (our ever-evolving portfolio currently has solutions across – Fixed Connectivity, Mobility, Security, SaaS, Unified Comms, SDWAN & Cloud and is constantly expanding). Based in Spain, you will collaborate with Product, Portfolio Marketing, Sales Enablement, Commercial, Strategic Partners and local Operating Companies to develop scalable go-to-market approaches, deliver product launches and accelerate commercial performance. You will use customer insight, market dynamics and existing sales approaches to create effective campaigns and support revenue growth across multiple markets.

What you’ll do

  • Design overarching go-to-market strategies for the SoHo and SME customer segments, informed by customer behaviours, pain points, market dynamics and sales insights.
  • Coordinate the execution of go-to-market strategies across key Vodafone operating companies, ensuring plans are delivered on schedule.
  • Develop and deliver sales launch campaigns with local operating companies to support customer acquisition and growth ambitions.
  • Create demand-generation frameworks, content guidelines and repeatable “Campaign in a Box” materials for activation through Vodafone’s digital channels.
  • Monitor commercial performance and recommend targeted acceleration plans to improve results against agreed objectives.
  • Translate commercial data into actionable insights that improve the effectiveness and return on investment of go-to-market activity.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Brand, Portfolio, Planning and segment teams to support short-term execution and long-term growth ambitions.
  • Work with strategic partners to define and deliver joint go-to-market growth plans.
  • Encourage an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing approach across the SoHo and SME go-to-market design function.
  • Measure success through revenue and total contract value, customer acquisition, and operating-company engagement and activation.

Who you are

  • You bring at least five years of relevant experience within the digital, telecommunications, managed services, IT or Software as a Service sector.
  • You have a balanced background across product or portfolio management, commercial management and marketing.
  • You understand how to develop go-to-market strategies and translate them into coordinated execution plans.
  • You can build productive relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • You are comfortable working collaboratively in a complex, matrix-based organisation.
  • You use initiative, welcome innovation and remain focused on achieving measurable commercial outcomes.
  • A degree or postgraduate business qualification would be beneficial.
  • Experience within telecommunications, IT managed services or Software as a Service organisations would be advantageous.
