About this role
We are seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to join our Vantage SCM team in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase order creation, validation, goods receipt, and compliance checks. The individual will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement requests while maintaining adherence to organisational standards and SLAs.
What you’ll do
Manage procurement requests from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shopping carts, purchase orders (POs), and goods receipts.Create and validate NSS POs in SAP/EVO and ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA).Confirm goods receipt in SAP and handle GR reversals and site returns.Create and validate shopping carts in EVO SRM, ensuring compliance with budget and material codes.Validate data accuracy, monitor approvals, and reconcile exceptions.Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and finance to maintain smooth operations.
Who you are
Graduate with basic working knowledge of SAP authorisations and PO processes.Familiarity with end-to-end SCM/P2P processes.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Fluent in English (German language skills desirable).Customer-focused, collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities.
