About this role

We are seeking a Pricing Specialist to manage bid pricing activities and lead commercial pricing decisions for Vodafone’s enterprise clients. This role involves creating competitive and profitable commercial propositions, collaborating with sales teams, and influencing customer decisions through high-quality proposals. You will work on global and single-country business opportunities, ensuring pricing strategies align with customer requirements and Vodafone’s objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and manage pricing strategies for complex bids across multiple products and services.
  • Collect and validate inputs from sales teams to prepare accurate pricing proposals.
  • Create and maintain financial templates, competitive analysis profiles, and customer pricing models.
  • Participate in customer negotiations to achieve outcomes aligned with business goals.
  • Provide documentation and presentations to support bid teams, highlighting key issues and risks.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and maintain relevant market intelligence.

Who you are

  • Experienced in developing commercial and pricing propositions.
  • Skilled in customer-facing negotiations and relationship building.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.Knowledge of business or mathematics; management accounting experience is desirable.
  • Flexible, innovative, and able to prioritise effectively with attention to detail.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience; professional qualifications or courses are an advantage.
