About this Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Supply Chain Management Service Delivery function at VOIS Hungary. This role plays a critical part in enabling effective time management, coordination, and delivery within a fast-paced, international environment. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the smooth running of a dynamic team.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate complex diaries, meetings, and schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Organise team events, travel arrangements, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and continuity.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to support decision-making and operational activities.
  • Act as a key liaison between senior leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Support multiple projects by ensuring timelines, communications, and tasks are effectively managed.
  • Anticipate team needs and proactively address administrative and coordination challenges.

Who you are

  • A highly organised individual with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and flexible, capable of working across time zones and changing priorities.
  • Experienced in supporting senior leaders in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, particularly with complex diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Educated to high school level (minimum), with further qualifications considered beneficial.
  • Experience with tools such as CWT or Concur for travel and expense management is advantageous.
