About this Role

We are seeking an Order Management Analyst to support purchase order processing, reporting, documentation, and project order administration activities within a data centre and IT service environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order management, maintaining project-related documentation, supporting budget and purchasing processes, and providing proactive support to Design & Delivery teams, Project Management Office, and Project/Release Managers.

What you’ll do

• Create and forward electronic purchase orders.
• Maintain and file offers, purchase orders, delivery notes, and timesheets.
• Perform factual verification of order sheets and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve purchase order cancellations, incorrect entries, and related discrepancies.
• Perform Goods Receipt activities for purchased and delivered goods.
• Prepare, maintain, and update purchasing work order reports and tracking lists.
• Provide ongoing reporting and proactive operational support to Design & Delivery teams.
• Support the Project Management Office and Project/Release Managers with project order-related activities and queries.
• Contribute to accurate order management processes and documentation compliance.

Who you are

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP applications and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers.
• In-depth understanding of IT and data centre process standards.
• More than 2 years of experience in IT service provisioning within a data centre environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Fluent in English.
