About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ professional with strong expertise in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines), BML scripting, XSL coding, and enterprise integrations. This role is suited to individuals who have participated in multiple Oracle CPQ implementation projects and can contribute across design, development, maintenance, support, integrations, migrations, and solution delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, support agile delivery practices, and contribute to scalable CPQ solutions integrated with CRM, ERP, and partner ecosystems.

What you’ll do

• Develop, support, maintain, and implement Oracle CPQ solutions across complex project environments.
• Design and build scalable CPQ components using BML scripting, XSL coding, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Contribute to solution architecture and provide technical guidance for Oracle CPQ implementations and integrations.
• Deliver integrations between Oracle CPQ and CRM, ERP, web services, and partner portal platforms.
• Create prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to validate business and technical requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and execute unit testing for developed modules.
• Configure and enhance Oracle CPQ Configuration, Commerce & Pricing, and Document Engine/Document Designer modules.
• Design and maintain CPQ workflows, steps, and business processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise BML scripts and application functionality.
• Support web services development and XSLT-based document generation requirements.
• Execute migration activities across Oracle CPQ environments.
• Respond to technical questions from stakeholders and project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an agile delivery framework and utilise tools such as JIRA where applicable.
• Support, coach, and mentor junior team members while promoting knowledge sharing and development standards.

Who you are

• Experience delivering multiple Oracle CPQ / BigMachines implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Oracle CPQ architecture and application development.
• Proficiency in BML scripting, coding, and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with Configuration, Commerce & Pricing, and Document Engine/Document Designer.
• Experience developing and supporting CPQ workflows and business rules.
• Knowledge of XSL coding and XSLT development.
• Experience with web services integration.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and CSS.
• Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM, ERP, and partner portal solutions.
• Understanding of CRM architecture and ERP architecture.
• Experience executing CPQ migration activities.
• Ability to perform code reviews, unit testing, and solution validation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned deliverables effectively.
• Experience mentoring and supporting less experienced team members.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and JIRA is highly desirable.
• Flexibility regarding relocation and shift schedules as required by project needs.
