About this Role

We are seeking an individual who can combine strong visual storytelling with dependable organisational and administrative support to enable the Technology Strategy team to operate effectively and communicate with clarity and impact. This role supports the Head of Technology Strategy, the CTO Office, and senior stakeholders by transforming complex strategic, technical, and governance content into clear, executive-ready visual narratives, while also providing essential coordination and operational assistance to keep the team focused on strategic outcomes.

What you will do

Produce high-quality visual communication and executive-level presentations that translate complex technology and strategy content into clear, compelling narratives.
Work closely with the Head of Technology Strategy, CTO Office, and senior stakeholders to support leadership forums with presentations, scripts, and strategic materials.
Ensure consistency, quality, and professionalism across all Technology Strategy communications.
Manage and prioritise multiple presentation and content requests, delivering to tight deadlines with consistent quality.
Provide diary coordination, meeting preparation, agenda creation, and follow-up support to enable smooth day-to-day operations.
Support the organisation of leadership meetings and forums, ensuring materials are accurate, aligned, and ready for senior audiences.
Adapt quickly to evolving strategy content, ambiguity, and changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Maintain discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement when working with sensitive and executive-level information.

Who you are

An individual with strong visual storytelling skills, able to simplify complex technology and strategy topics for senior leadership audiences.
Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a proven track record of producing executive-ready presentations.
Experienced in presentation design, visual communication, or content support within a strategy, technology, or corporate environment.
Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-expectation setting.
Confident working with senior stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and clear communication.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and advanced PowerPoint functionality.
Familiar with visual design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
Experienced in providing administrative or PA-style support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document control.
Comfortable working within technology, digital, or business strategy environments, with an understanding of executive communication standards.
