Multimedia Design Specialist

Your role in a nutshell:

Role purpose:

To design and produce high-quality multimedia content and materials that excite, educate and explain VOIS propositions, products & services to already existing business partners and potential new customers. To manage the process from initial project brief through to creation of multimedia assets, final production and uploading of materials to key knowledge share systems and internal communications vehicles. To support the Multimedia and Marketing account team in CVM and Marketing VOIS working with business partners, designer, and copywriter specialists. To maintain an interest in new web media, video or digital technology developments from an expert point of view e.g. to drive competitive business efficiencies, visual impact and creative edge.

What you will do in your role:

• Work closely with Multimedia squad members and other specialists from CVM and Marketing VOIS to support production of marketing collaterals and sales enablement materials for both customer and VOIS products and services. Materials include:

  • Internal videos and animations Customer videos and animations and other multimedia assets

  • Online multimedia

  • Digital marketing assets

  • Video case studies

  • 3D assets

• Independently manage and deliver multimedia design and production collateral, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders to meet time, quality, brand, and general standards.

• Accurately manage revisions and version control using appropriate cloud sharing/collaboration media.

• Manage upload of materials to relevant sites – e.g. DAM, plus inclusion in internal communications vehicles– ensuring all materials are visible and accessible to key stakeholders.

What will you bring to the team:

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience of working as a multimedia designer in a global marketing team preferably in the IT or telecoms sectors.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken with some experience of work in marketing/technology industries.
• Strong experience with key multimedia design packages: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Audition, Animate), Maxon Cinema 4D.
• Strong computer skills with experience of key MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Experience and professional qualification in video editing (video shooting and recording is a plus).
• Relevant multimedia design education or certification preferable.
• Proven knowledge in 2D, 3D animations.
• Strong computer skills with experience of multimedia software and key MS Office applications.
