About this Role

We are seeking a highly experienced analytics professional with deep expertise in MicroStrategy and SQL to design, develop, and standardise executive-ready dashboards and data visualisations. This role focuses on translating complex data into clear, actionable insights aligned to business KPIs, while also shaping best practices, improving performance, and supporting teams through technical guidance and mentoring.

What you will do

  • Design and deliver dynamic, interactive dashboards and dossiers using MicroStrategy, aligned to defined business KPIs.
  • Create executive-level visualisations with strong emphasis on clarity, usability, and data storytelling.
  • Standardise visualisation frameworks to ensure consistency across markets and business units.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for MicroStrategy architecture, schema design, and performance optimisation.
  • Develop and optimise schema objects, reports, dossiers, and intelligent cubes.
  • Drive adoption of best practices and mentor team members on MicroStrategy capabilities and analytics standards.

Who you are

  • An analytics professional with deep, hands-on experience in MicroStrategy, including dossiers, reports, intelligent cubes, and schema objects.
  • Highly proficient in advanced SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning.
  • Experienced in working within large data platforms such as Teradata environments.
  • Knowledgeable in data warehousing concepts, including star and snowflake schemas and ETL processes.
  • Familiar with telecom data environments and large-scale enterprise reporting (preferred).
  • Exposed to other visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau (desirable, not mandatory).
  • Qualified with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with extensive experience in BI and analytics delivery.
