About this Role
We are seeking a Fixed Access Analytics and Process Automation Expert to drive automation, performance insights, and data‑led optimisation across Vodafone’s Fixed Access networks. This role focuses on transforming performance monitoring and reporting through advanced analytics, BI tools, and automation, while supporting capacity management, customer experience, and network quality across multiple European markets.
What you will do
- Automate performance monitoring, reporting, and executive dashboards using BI and analytics tools.
- Design and deliver dynamic reports and dashboards to support Fixed Access Engineering and Network Performance teams.
- Analyse traffic forecasts, trends, and patterns to identify congestion risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Own and maintain in‑home performance reporting, with a strong focus on CPE, Wi‑Fi, and customer experience KPIs.
- Support capacity management activities to ensure optimal performance across Fixed Access technologies (HFC, FTTH, XDSL, Wholesale).
- Implement and maintain KPIs requested by engineering teams, including deep‑dive analyses and taskforce support.
- Collaborate with DOSS and other internal teams to integrate data sources and improve service quality.
- Contribute to the virtualisation, hardening, and continuous improvement of monitoring and reporting platforms.
Who you are
An experienced professional with strong exposure to telecommunications environments supporting large‑scale access and IP infrastructures.Highly skilled in creating analytical reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI and Qlik in cloud environments.Confident working with automation and scripting to manage and transform large volumes of performance data.Knowledgeable in fixed access technologies including HFC, FTTH, XDSL, Wholesale, and customer premises equipment (CPE, ONT, MTA).Experienced in performance, capacity, and customer experience monitoring.A collaborative team contributor with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Comfortable working in a project‑oriented, multi‑market environment.Fluent in English.
