About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support end‑to‑end Master Data Management processes across vendor, customer, material and finance data objects. The role focuses on data onboarding and change activities, process audits, digital adoption and stakeholder collaboration within Supply Chain Management. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing to business continuity, system optimisation and KPI delivery.

What you will do

  • Manage activities related to Master Data processes across multiple objects.
  • Maintain high-quality data through daily audits, reconciliations and BAU checks.
  • Support mass data changes with an agile and structured approach.
  • Drive project deliverables including UAT completion, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Track and manage team KPIs and provide transparent performance reporting.
  • Support digital automation initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
  • Resolve queries and partner with stakeholders to manage escalations effectively.
  • Manage business model changes and volume fluctuations without operational impact.
  • Guide and review MIS and reporting requirements for management.
  • Escalate issues, change requests and functional questions as per agreed processes.
  • Organise process and systems training for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the adoption of SCM processes and systems globally.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure alignment with internal teams, including SSC, IT, corporate and circle SCM teams.
  • Promote health, safety and wellbeing practices within SCM and local operations.

Who you are

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and Master Data Management.
  • Skilled in project management, stakeholder communication and change management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and locations.
  • Strong MS Office proficiency with experience in reporting and analytics.
  • Experience interpreting commercial contract clauses and service obligations.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy frameworks.
  • Ability to motivate teams and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Technical expertise in SAP, MDG, materials management, supplier onboarding and finance-related master data.
  • Experience with Power BI and MS Office applications.
