About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to support Marketplace and Service Management operations by ensuring accurate resourcing, financial alignment, governance, and data integrity. This role plays a key part in coordinating stakeholders, maintaining operational and workforce trackers, supporting commercial and financial processes, and delivering insightful reporting to enable informed decision-making across VOIS Service Management.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate monthly stakeholder engagements, acting as a clear communication bridge between internal teams and business partners.
  • Support Marketplace operations end-to-end, including quantity uploads, service and partner onboarding, catalogue updates, and change requests.
  • Maintain and govern headcount, VOIS, baseline, transition, and recruitment trackers with a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Review work orders to ensure alignment with agreed scope, pricing, and commercial cover prior to service commencement.
  • Support forecasting, KPI tracking, reporting, and budget execution activities in collaboration with Finance and Service Delivery teams.
  • Produce dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and insights for senior stakeholders to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Track actions from project and operational meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives across Marketplace and Service Management.

Who you are

  • An individual with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships across functions.
  • Confident in analysing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into practical recommendations.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail, particularly when working with operational and financial data.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
  • Experienced with collaborative and reporting tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and similar platforms.
  • Fluent in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with service management, operational, commercial, or technology-driven environments.
  • ITIL Foundation knowledge or online marketplace exposure is beneficial but not essential.
