Role Purpose

Lead on Delivering first class marketing communication activities (ATL/ BTL/Social Media) for the segment in charge of, along with the understanding / contribution of the communication Planning and implementation of it
Supports on Maintaining developing and delivering commercial communications via the execution of effective advertisement and communications announcements to enhance and promote Vodafone’s products and services and Build the Brand image and perception in the market.
Supports the Enterprise brand in terms of communication strategy, brand management and deliver first class marketing communication activities (360 - ATL / BTL etc..) In addition to Calendar and budget Planning and implementation.

Profile Headlines

Bright and creative individual who can quickly interpret briefs and manage demanding and changing deadlines. In addition, has a positive attitude and enthusiasm to work on next generation digital advertising products and is excited to work at Vodafone. Independent and strong work ethic. Previous advertising or communication agency experience would be preferred.

Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership

  • Support on the development of innovative, creative and inspiring consumer product and services communication initiatives in support of the overall Brand strategy, through development of relationships with external ATL and BTL advertising agencies.
  • Ensures an effective alliance with marketing segments to excel in the delivery of commercial communication strategies
  • Supports on Creating clear points of change in communications strategy dialogue and delivers proactive solutions to future communication challenges
  • Impact on the Business- Working on a communication strategy for the assigned segments with the team
  • Lead the relevant market segment with the support of the team with relevant stakeholders to deliver growth in NPS, market share and revenues.
  • Customer/Third parties (agencies)- Ensure that all third-party services are delivered against confirmed objectives and to best value for the company All copy will be produced consistently across social & digital marketing channels
  • Collaborate with the internal social media/ On Ground/ Retail Marketing & Media teams in delivering new ideas, new trends and concepts on that serve Vodafone Brand & segments.

  • Proven experience of working across an assorted number of projects and keep within strict, tight deadlines.
  • Must have a good understanding of the creative production process.
  • Attitude and desire to consistently want to learn more about business & best practices.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Can work independently, but collaboratively
  • 3 – 4 years of experience in Marketing communications, Advertising Agencies or Brand Management.
