About this Role

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in SAP MM and EWM to join our Project EVO team at VOIS Pune. This role involves end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, process analysis, and configuration for logistics and supply chain operations. The individual will collaborate with global stakeholders, manage complex SAP environments, and ensure seamless delivery of shared services across Vodafone operating companies.

What you’ll do

Lead SAP MM and EWM implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.Configure organisational structures such as Purchase Organisation, Plant, Warehouse, Storage Location, and Purchase Groups.Manage master data creation and configuration for vendors, materials, services, and business partners.Support and resolve queries related to SAP MM/EWM functional modules, document repositories, alerts, and reporting.Oversee key processes including P2P, subcontracting, stock transfers, service procurement, goods receipt and issue, and deliveries.Configure invoice entry, credit/debit memos, document types, number ranges, STO, subcontracting, pricing procedures, and release strategies.Perform incident and problem management activities and provide operational support to ensure quality.Engage with stakeholders to drive project deliverables and maintain process documentation for MM/EWM tasks.Collaborate with SI partners and GPO/GPL community to ensure governance and resolve development-related issues

Who you are

Graduate or Postgraduate in technical or business streams (Engineering/MBA preferred).Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP MM/EWM consulting and implementation, including S/4HANA projects.Strong knowledge of SAP logistics processes such as inbound/outbound delivery, warehouse movements, transfer postings, batch management, and physical inventory.Familiarity with technical aspects like ABAP interaction, Smart Forms, and basic workflow understanding.Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently under tight deadlines, and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Experience with international/domestic clients and large global organisations.ITIL knowledge (preferred) and willingness to work in shadow/shift mode if required.
