About this Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Product Manager for SCM Logistics to lead the design and delivery of logistics solutions within VOIS. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, validating technical and functional designs, and ensuring seamless integration of SAP modules. The individual will also analyse IBP quarterly releases, guide stakeholders on new functionalities, and maintain strong executive relationships to deliver the logistics roadmap.

What you’ll do

Maintain executive stakeholder relationships to ensure effective design and delivery of the logistics roadmap.Provide leadership and deep understanding of solutions supporting revenue and cost processes.Harmonise business requirements through workshops, design, testing activities, training materials, deployment, and data migration activities.Own the end-to-end demand-to-delivery cycle from requirements definition to business-as-usual.Act as subject matter expert in all business-related activities, supporting implementation teams, system integrators, global process owners and shared service organisations.Analyse IBP quarterly release functionalities to prevent regression and guide business on new features.

Who you are

Strong SAP logistics expertise (MM, EWM, TM) with hands-on experience.Solid understanding of logistics processes and planning modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP).Experience in procurement (Ariba/SRM/MM) and E2E purchasing processes.Exposure to SAP solutions such as S4HANA, MDG, EWM, Ariba and their integrations.Proven experience as a senior product owner/manager or consultant in business-facing roles.Minimum 15 years of experience in IT product management or enterprise technology roles within multinational environments.People management experience with direct and indirect reports.Certifications such as SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, PMP, or ITIL are highly desirable.Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior/global leadership teams.
