Role Purpose

Lead Lifestyle Insights among his/ her own target segment representatives. Function providing the organisation with the current and emerging market Trends. Supporting all product owners with rich & relevant insights to deliver our One More Service Strategy. This would be achieved through leading a group of segment representatives (4-5) to deliver relatable insights on their daily interests, passions & challenges. They are responsible for creating endless opportunities for Vodafone to become the Ultimate Lifestyle Partner for all Egyptians.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for handling the respondents representing his/ her segment and meeting with them for almost 3-4 times a week either on a one-on one level or in a group context.
  • Provide real-time insights about target segment’s new trends and lifestyle through consolidating comprehensive weekly reports.
  • In charge of covering & reporting all target segment’s new trends emerging on disparate digital platforms in terms of social, behavioral or lifestyle shifts, as well as scrapping comments via Social Listening Tools on a weekly basis.
  • Responsible for delivering powerful and actionable data-driven marketing insights related to target segment.
  • Managing Operations for recruitment, venues & transportation for segment representatives with Lifestyle Insights Manager.
  • Delivering Weekly Reports of Segment Findings to Lifestyle Insights Manager & Commercial Committee every 2 months.
  • Managing segment respondents’ output and incentives.
  • Managing Operations & Budget with lifestyle manager

Who you are

  • Minimum of 1-3yrs of work experience in corporate or agency. Qualitative research background is a plus.
  • Location: Delta Rural (Tanta/ Dakahlia/ Mansoura)
  • Fair English
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills.
  • Good eye for potential opportunities & ability to extract data from segment respondent
  • Extrovert & outgoing
  • Ability to maintain focus and drive over prolonged periods.
  • Ability to utilize digital tools is a plus
  • Heavy user of traditional social media apps
  • Structured approach to gathering, integrating & presenting data.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good use of search engines & AI tools.
  • Documentation skills
