Role Purpose:

Product Leads are primarily responsible for new projects when we launch something brand new, we need experienced and trustworthy professionals to lead the way.in that case it will be the product lead
They’re responsible for the entire E2E product life-cycle from new feature development, continuous improvement, product life-cycle management including supporting and executing the product roadmap, defining product success metrics and KPIs.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Supports and contributes to the product vision, strategy, features and product backlog prioritization
• Communicate the roadmap in terms of both value/business benefits and deliverables to the stakeholders and the team. [ex: Inspect and adapt in SAFe framework]
• Responsible for planning releases, and dependencies for future & near product goals.
• Leads technical discussions on defining different KPIs with business teams with the ability to run SQL queries on GCP and Tableau or similar platforms
• Performing Data Gap Analysis
• Solid understanding/presenting backend data and data pipelines on GCP
• Responsible for the complete understanding of the impacts of features on product strategy & operations & business processes
• Responsible for the overall objectives, goals, KPIs/OKRs and ensuring we are moving towards it.
• Perform regular control checks on the work performed by less experienced product owners.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Experience in Leading/Mentoring other product owners
• Excellent analytical skills with a creative approach to problem-solving, combining the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "Overall picture" clearing any impediments and/or dependencies
• Can analyze and interpret data to provide insight-driven direction and to understand and address root cause issues
• Ability to onboard new streams of work, squads or business areas and to support the digital transformation of any project type

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience (6+ years of experience)
• Previous experience as a senior product owner is a must
• Expert in agile & software development knowledge.
• Experience in defining and delivering Minimum Viable Products, running A/B tests and making data-driven decisions
• Experience in communicating technical details to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of data management principles, data cleaning, model validation, and performance measurement
• Experience writing complex SQL, R, and Python preferred
• Experience using database tools to create efficient, timely data pipelines between environments (Snowflake, GCP, SQL) for analysis and implementation
• knowledge of Data visualization tools like (Tableau, Power BI)
• Good Experience in Machine Learning, Data Science or Advanced Analytics Topics
• Solid proficiency in statistical programming (Python/R)
