About this Role

We are seeking a Junior Front-End Analytics Developer to design, develop and enhance analytics‑driven web applications that support decision‑making across the organisation. The individual will work across both front‑end and back‑end technologies, developing solutions using frameworks such as React, Angular and Power Apps, while also contributing to back‑end development using platforms such as GCP, Node.js, Express.js and Microsoft 365. This role involves maintaining and evolving reusable digital products that can be deployed across VOIS, ensuring consistent technical standards and best practices. The individual will support high‑impact analytics initiatives by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to embed data insights into dashboards, applications and automation solutions. The role also contributes to Agile Transformation 360 projects, including iView360, Jira Insights, Resource Tracker, Products Value Tracker and Front‑Door Tracker. The individual will work closely with Product Design, Analytics and Automation Leads, applying analytical techniques and new technologies to deliver innovative, value‑adding products across Vodafone.

What you will do

  • Develop and deliver web analytics products using front-end frameworks such as React, Angular and Power Apps.
  • Build and support back-end services that power front-end products, using platforms such as GCP (Cloud Shell), Node.js, Express.js and Microsoft 365.
  • Create, maintain and enhance reusable web applications and services deployable across Vodafone.
  • Support the evolution of analytics products that enable revenue uplift, cost optimisation and improved customer or employee engagement.
  • Work with Product Design and Analytics & Automation Leads to integrate analytical insights into dashboards and applications.
  • Contribute to Agile Transformation 360 digital products, including solutions such as iView360, Jira Insights, Resource Tracker, Products Value Tracker and Front‑Door Tracker.
  • Ensure software engineering best practices and development standards are consistently applied across the wider team.
  • Manage and enhance the analytics product portfolio through continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Support delivery through partner organisations and maintain awareness of emerging technologies in web development and analytics.

Who you are

  • Experienced in data analytics and full-stack web development.
  • Knowledgeable in both front-end and back-end development, including frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, D3.js, StreamLit, and technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Next.js, Java and Python.
  • Skilled in Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, as well as visualisation tools such as Qlik and Tableau.
  • Familiar with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS and Azure.
  • Strong in communication and capable of influencing stakeholders through clear technical insight.
  • Able to apply analytical techniques and translate data into meaningful narratives.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable and experienced in agile ways of working.
