About this Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Visualisation and UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and high-impact visual experiences that transform complex data into meaningful insights. This role plays a critical part in enhancing user experience across digital platforms by combining strong design thinking with data storytelling and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
What you will do
Design and develop interactive, visually compelling dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and related platforms.
Translate complex datasets into clear, accessible charts, graphs, and visual narratives.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all visual outputs.
Design user‑centred interfaces for web and mobile applications, prioritising usability and accessibility.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously refine designs.
Collaborate closely with developers, data analysts, and product teams to align design solutions with business objectives.
Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in data visualisation and UI/UX design, applying improvements where relevant.
Who you are
An experienced professional with a degree in Graphic Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
An individual with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in data visualisation and UI/UX design.
Proficient in data visualisation tools such as Power BI and design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
Knowledgeable in usability principles, user‑centred design methodologies, and information architecture.
Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support effective UI implementation.
A clear communicator who values collaboration and constructive feedback.
