Your contribution:
You identify opportunities for Automation, putting appropriate monitoring and alerting capabilities in place for proactive systems management
You drive reduction in incidents, problems, trouble tickets, and service requests
You manage and support critical IT systems (CRM, ERP, Web Portals, Billing, ESBs, APIs, Order Management)
You provide day-to-day Level 2 support, including incident and service request management, problem resolution, and configuration changes
You perform system health checks and housekeeping activities, triage tickets, and identify bug fixes
You contribute to capacity planning, and technical roadmap
You lead and understand end-to-end business processes and key integration points
You identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
What makes you stand out:
- Minimum 7 years of technical experience in IT/Telecom operations support with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in Production Support/Application Support environments within IT Telco Operations, with knowledge of ITIL Service Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian
- Strong technical background system administration, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Windows, SQL, and relational databases
- Experience in troubleshooting various application logs
- Familiarity with scripting (Unix shell) and basic SQL queries
