About this Role

We are seeking an IT Operations Readiness Solution Architect to ensure new services, applications, infrastructure changes and technology transformations are ready for production deployment, acting as a key connection point between Project, Engineering, Development, Vendor and Operations teams.

What you’ll do

  • Lead Operational Readiness Reviews and define Operational Acceptance Criteria.
  • Coordinate go-live readiness, Go/No-Go meetings, hypercare planning and exit criteria.
  • Define support models, RACI, escalation paths, SLAs, KPIs and governance reviews.
  • Ensure monitoring, alerting, logging, dashboards and service health visibility are in place.
  • Validate incident, problem, change, recovery, runbook and knowledge management readiness.
  • Review capacity, performance, resilience, DR, BCP and scalability requirements.

Who you are

  • Experienced in IT Operations, Service Management, SRE or Application Support.
  • Skilled in Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Service Transition processes.
  • Confident managing production go-lives and large-scale transformations.
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL, operational governance, risk management and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiar with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana or AppDynamics.
  • Experience in telecom OSS/BSS, Managed Services, Oracle, CRM, Middleware, Cloud or Digital platforms would be an advantage.
