About this Role

We are seeking a skilled OSS Technical Delivery professional to lead demand aggregation, planning, and delivery across multiple markets within the OSS Assurance domain. This role will act as a central point for managing delivery pipelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with transformation objectives. The position involves working within a multinational environment, driving governance, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring delivery against financial and operational targets.

What you’ll do

•Act as the single point of contact for Assurance SMEs for all demand and delivery requests across markets
•Manage projects of varying complexity aligned with network transformation and integration initiatives
•Own and manage budgets within defined capex and opex tolerances
•Coordinate impact assessments and prioritisation of work backlog
•Review supplier statements of work and ensure alignment with efficiency targets
•Prepare and maintain approval, mobilisation, and demand tracking frameworks
•Maintain demand and delivery trackers for governance and reporting reviews
•Develop and manage an 18-month rolling OSS delivery plan
•Oversee intake and prioritisation of new OSS demands in collaboration with digital and network teams
•Plan OSS resource allocation with internal teams and external suppliers
•Publish performance dashboards such as KPI and Kanban boards
•Manage OSS risks in coordination with technology operations teams
•Support portfolio management across group business areas
•Track OSS budgets and supplier-related expenditures
•Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams for delivery execution
•Manage demand mobilisation and delivery tracking across different markets
•Enhance and track cross-charge processes across local and group markets
•Utilise tools such as JIRA, PEGA, and Azure DevOps for workflow management
•Collaborate with geographically distributed teams, including regular engagement with European stakeholders

Who you are

  • Significant experience in OSS domain and telecommunications environment
  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Proven experience in demand and delivery management, governance, and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder and supplier engagement
  • Familiarity with project and demand management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and PEGA
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in global, multicultural environments
  • Financial awareness with ability to manage budgets effectively
  • Qualification in IT or equivalent experience is desirable
  • Professional certification such as PMP or SAFe is advantageous
