Job Description

Your day to day:

As an IT Business Analyst you will be accountable for the end to end analysis activities required for the development and enhancement of Enterprise products and will play a critical role in the delivery of the high quality Enterprise products, the best customer experience and meet our client’s needs.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Adopts Design Thinking principles using the Design Thinking Processes and Methods to increase customer experience applied in product design
  • Ensure business requirements are clear for the impacted delivery teams
  • Responsible for analyzing the areas of delivery, stakeholder mapping, user journeys with the associated problem statements and opportunities and transformation into clear and tangible outcomes
  • Responsible for the qualitative and timely delivery of business requirements (using SAFe methodologie), ensuring the relevant prioritization methods (MosCoW, WSJF)
  • Coordinating traceability throughout the project execution, ensuring compliance with the business requirements agreed with the client, identifying and implementing measures to mitigate the impact of risks, and constantly improving the processes and tools used in business analysis
  • Responsible for continuously improving within their practice. Including both functional & non-functional requirements
  • Provides support for the company's service transformation and commercialization initiatives

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Experience in NPD (New Product Development)
  • Experience in IT methodology or in a process model (e.g., ITIL) (is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of Process Mapping and Product Lifecycle, Agile, SAFe methodologies and Jira/Confluence
  • Fluent English
  • Communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
