Role Purpose

mentor developers, and drive technical excellence across multiple squads. You will define engineering standards, support delivery, and help shape the future of our iOS platform.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop iOS engineers.
• Define and maintain iOS architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Review technical designs and support complex development activities.
• Drive code quality, performance, security, and application stability.
• Promote modern iOS technologies and reusable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other engineering teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and career development of engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, CI/CD, testing, and automation.

Qualifications and Competencies

• 7+ years of iOS development experience using Swift.
• Strong knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Xcode.
• Experience with mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modular architecture and Swift Package Manager.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and mobile security.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leading technical transformation or modernization initiatives.
